Item Digital Transformation and Educational Innovation in Latin America in the Context of Covid-19(Universidad Nacional de Ucayali, 2021) Muñoz Muñoz, Cristian Fernan; Proaño Reyes, Gladis; Hilario Rivas, Jorge Luis; Bazán Correa, José Federico; Aza Medina, Leyda Cinthia; Abarca Arias, Yessika MadelaineA documentary review is carried out regarding the production of scientific publications on the variables Digital Transformation and Educational Innovation within the framework of Covid-19, with the purpose of knowing the main characteristics of the volume of publications indexed in the Scopus database, which total 164 documents, platform through which the data is collected, allowing, through the distribution by year of publication, country of origin, area of knowledge and type of publication, to highlight relevant aspects as well as to identify some examples to know the position of different authors on the proposed topic. The methodology used corresponds to a quantitative analysis of the data on the volume of scientific production, with a bibliometric study, and a qualitative analysis of the research works cited in the body of this document. Among the main findings, it is highlighted that in terms of research concerning Digital Transformation and Educational Innovation in the context of the pandemic generated by Covid-19 in the educational field. Brazil is the Latin American country with the highest number of publications, registering a total of 55 documents. The area of knowledge with the highest number of contributions to publications was Social Sciences with 101 publications, and of the Latin American institutions, the Tecnológico de Monterrey (Mexico) is the one with the highest production during 2020 and the first semester of 2021.Item Effective model of technological innovation process (EMTIP) for knowledge protection in a university(Universidad Nacional de Ucayali, 2023) Hilario Rivas, Jorge Luis; Ferrari Férnandez, Freddy Elar; Agurto Cherre, Cesar Augusto; Rojas García, Jose Williams; Bardales Linares, Richard Piero; Ríos Hidalgo de Cerna, Clotilde; No aplicaThe aim of this research is to propose an effective model for the process of technological innovation and knowledge protection in a university in Peru. To accomplish this, a quantitative applied and descriptive approach was employed within the positivist paradigm. An instrument was utilized to assess 342 publications from the UNU (Universidad Nacional de Ucayali) repository between 2021 and 2022. The research consisted of two specific steps: Step 1: Identification of patentable materials through workshops involving individuals associated with the inventions in their respective technological fields. Step 2: Definition of a process of technological innovation and knowledge protection through the EMTIP model. This model is the outcome of a flexible and adaptive methodology that takes into consideration technological surveillance, demand behavior and needs, and the search for the necessary resources to materialize innovation as a finite fulfillment of its demand. All of this is done under a concurrent feedback system. The EMTIP model represents the seventh generational model for knowledge protection and the process of technological innovation in a university.Item Embedding Elliptic Curve Cryptography and Twofish Algorithm to Improve Data Security in Internet of Things(Universidad Nacional de Ucayali, 2021) Sandoya, Fernando; Dhamodharan, D.; Hilario Rivas, Jorge Luis; Choque Flores, Leopoldo; Thaddeus, S.The implicit idea of the IoT is to follow client's identity effectively, so the security and protection concerns like theft the information and disturbance of tasks are turning out to be basic issues in the present IoT applications. Aggressor can pick up the access to the system can harm the physical gadgets of IoT can harm the system which bargains the protection and security of IoT. As the IoT gadgets have low memory, less force and data transmission a productive arrangement to give security is required that won't chomp through the resources of IoT. Because of the resource constrained condition in IoT the regular algorithms isn't sufficient to guarantee the information security. So we want a less computational expense as far as force utilization, memory management and more effective cryptography algorithms to offer more information security in IoT. This paper shows the hybrid cryptography security in IoT by embedding of ECC and TwoFish calculation, which gives an enhanced answer for upgrade the security highlights of the IoT with the goal that we can improve the administration therefore achieves growing the trust over the advancement.Item Evolution of Competitiveness and Sustainability in Peru Over Two Decades Since the National Agreement(Universidad Nacional de Ucayali, 2024) Rodríguez-Saavedra, Miluska Odely; Cahuapaza-Morales, Augusto; Espiritu-Martinez, Antony Paul; Hilario Rivas, Jorge Luis; Barrera-Benavides, Luis Gonzalo; Chávez-Díaz, Jorge Miguel; Romero-Carazas, Rafael; No aplicaThis comprehensive analysis focuses on evaluating the impact and effectiveness of the policies established in the National Agreement in the context of Peru's competitiveness and sustainable development. With special attention to the policies implemented, it seeks to highlight progress and setbacks in these aspects over the twenty-two years since the adoption of the National Agreement. In methodological terms, a basic approach is used with a descriptive-transversal non-experimental design, integrating elements of mixed analysis. The results obtained reveal a significant GDP growth of 150.1% until 2023, despite a 10.9% contraction in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Economic resilience is highlighted, evidenced by a rapid recovery in subsequent years. In addition, a 79.2% increase in socio-environmental conflicts overseen by the Ombudsman's Office between 2018 and 2022 is identified, pointing to persistent challenges in this area. The conclusions highlight the duality of economic progress and critical challenges in the country, focusing on the importance of strengthening economic resilience strategies and assessing the sustainability of participation in international trade, aligned with the various policies of the National Agreement.Item Financing and its Influence on Liquidity in the Automotive Industry(Universidad Nacional de Ucayali, 2024) Romero-Carazas, Rafael; Berrio-Quispe, Margoth Luliana; Chavez-Bellido, Dina Emerita; Hilario Rivas, Jorge Luis; Espiritu-Martinez, Antony Paul; Chávez-Choque, Melina Elizabeth; Mayta-Huiza, Dora Amalia; No aplicaThe objective of this research was to determine the influence of financing on liquidity in automotive assembly companies, Peru. It was supported by a quantitative approach, of applied type, of non-experimental, causal correlational design of cross-section. The sample consisted of 15 staff. The documentary analysis, the survey and the documentary guide were used as techniques. The questionnaire as an instrument. Also, for the contracting of hypotheses, the coefficients of the structural model will be addressed to clarify the influence of financing on business liquidity. To consistently establish the goodness-of-fit indicators of the structural model to establish the degree of incidence between the variables. This will be achieved through the use of the statistical software Amos V.20. According to the indicators adjustment, the estimated structural model is acceptable since it satisfies two of the indicators the estimated structural model is acceptable since it satisfies two of the indicators. In addition, there is a significant influence of financing and liquidity in automotive assembly companies, Peru, the standard deviation of the coefficient determination is 0.961 and the observed significance is 0.000, we can conclude that financing contributes 96% to the development of business liquidity. Likewise, the influence that financing has on liquidity and the contribution of each dimension was observed. Current assets contribute 89% to the liquidity of the organizations in question, current liabilities contribute 88%, working capital contributes 78% and profitability contributes 86% to organizational liquidity.
